When we first met Elliot, it was clear that he loves his role and working with people. He knows exactly what he's talking about but does it in a way that is really accessible, informative, always ensuring that everyone understands the details. Sometimes salespeople can come across a little pushy or it can feel like their agenda is always present in the conversation, but Elliot is one of those rare salespeople who obviously thrives in his work environment but really, genuinely cares about the outcome for the people he is working with. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He kept us informed every single step of the way and always explained exactly where things were up to, what our options were and really listened to how we felt and what we wanted. He responded to any questions or concerns immediately and was so incredibly thorough following open homes - following up with everyone that came through and leaving us detailed messages about how things were tracking. We sold our home when the market went a bit quiet and we had to be patient and to adjust our expectations. Elliot worked with us sensitively and always maintained a super positive energy that we really appreciated. While always totally professional Elliot had a lovely sense of humour that we both really enjoyed as well.
