Nick was positive, constructive and helpful, important attributes as the sale was a difficult one.

Nick is a good "people person" and a very good listener and communicator. His communication skills are enviable, not only about our property and the market in general, but he was also good at encouraging us to keep going when we became depressed about difficult purchasers. At all stages of the sale, even when things were really depressing, he was very positive and helpful. Of course he has a good understanding and knowledge of the real estate industry, but more than that he understands how the process works and empathises in positive ways when things don't go according to plan. Nick has a good understanding of how and where to advertise. He changed his marketing approach regularly to keep buyers informed and the property front and centre in the media. In the six months it took to sell our property we had many meetings with Nick and his fellow agent and over that period they were always on time, which is a lot more than we can say about agents from other companies we have had dealings with.
