I recently sold my house with the help of Katia, overall it was a positive experience. As a newer agent, she handled several obstacles along the way well and showed a strong willingness to learn and improve throughout the process. Katia is very approachable and this makes what i thought were silly questions not sound silly . I never felt pressured at any point, which I really appreciated and all decisions were given with time and expert advice. She remained patient, approachable, and respectful of my decisions from start to finish. She is a bright, friendly, and personable agent who clearly cares about her clients and their outcomes. As she gathers more experience, I believe she will only continue to grow and excel in her role. I’m grateful for her efforts in getting my home sold and wish her continued success in her career.
