Great experience throughout the process, good comms and very well organized

Nick has a team that helps with the level of comms needed, he has good process’s that ensure items are not missed and are followed up prior to due dates. He owns his role as agent, completing the complete process, without laying issues back on the vendor. It always seemed under control and organized…. No scrambling for answers or excuses.
