Clear and quick communication, incredibly knowledgeable and professional

Richard was always available to talk to when needed. His level of knowledge was obvious in his explanation of every aspect of selling. No stone unturned and i's dotted and t's crossed. It is a tricky market at the moment and he managed to bring contracts to me with serious offers within weeks of listing. Richard also has a great team behind him that helped with all aspects not hands on. This makes a big difference to a client/agent relationship in my opinion, it makes it a far more quality time process which is important in what can be an emotional experience.
