Above and beyond - a very challenging sale

I worked with Bill and Angela on an estate sale which was extremely challenging and cannot say enough about the quality of their work. The property had been unoccupied for many years and its owner had made some additions and changes to the fabric and gutted the kitchen so it was obviously neither compliant nor move-in ready. Selling this into a challenging and slow market while accepting we had to deal with beneficiary expectations and protect the executors was a test of professionalism which the Tommy's team - and Bill in particular - passed with flying colours. And the after-care was outstanding. All the problems of selling were put in the shade by the activities of thieves and vandals in the final 2 weeks before settlement. Bill answered the phone call from the concerned neighbour on the weekend, and dealt with the initial flood risk from removal of water piping, was point person for repairers and provided helpful photographs to assist with the insurance claims. Being able to rely on Bill and Angela in this extremely challenging situation made all the difference. We can't say enough to commend the service we received. Thank you!!
