This is the second property we have used Belinda and Kylie as our agents to sell on our behalf and again, they impressed us with their professionalism and extensive knowledge of the property market here in Whitianga. They were always available to answer any questions we had and although it is probably unusual to describe real estate agents as kind, caring and friendly, we felt they were and always took our desires into account and answered honestly and professionally. We had never been involved in the auction process before but this was explained in detail to us and how they should market the property to achieve the maximum result in this climate. Without any doubt, we felt we could trust them completely to achieve the best and quickest sale on our behalf and they certainly delivered this. We would also like to thank Shaun, Bayley's Whitianga Director, for his time in meeting with us on several occasions and his excellent negotiating skills.
