Poor relationship with us

We write this with reluctance, but we have dealt with a number of different RE Agents over the years, including Bayleys and except for the manager's (Sean?) interactions over the sale day itself did not feel of any value or importance to Kylie during the whole process. Business-like to the point of being brusque, and in a way almost patronising. (I know better than you how this will all work out). We felt this process was just another set of boxes to tick not a client-vendor relationship that should have been developed considering the significant commission she and her partner would be earning. We had the least amount of ongoing communication with her during the sale process that we have ever experienced, and absolutely minimal (virtually none) since then. The difference between this experience and that of the Agent dealing with the house we bought is staggering. They may be your most successful Agents, but I am sorry would would not be recommending them. Gillian and Maxwell
