Wow, Belinda Sammon's is a fantastic agent, she's definitely one out of the box!! Isn't selling a house meant to be stressful? Not in this case, as Belinda made everything super easy with selling the house. Patient, kind and always a cheery disposition, nothing is too much trouble. Great communication and is extremely knowledgeable in her craft. Going forward Belinda will be our go to girl with anything real estate, amazing. Thank you !
Could not fault the service Belinda gave us. Her knowledge of the industry was excellent. We would certainly recommend Belinda to anyone buying or selling their home.
Belinda has a very pleasant & cheerful personality. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very easy to deal with. She gave us plenty of time to look at the properties she had available and we never felt rushed. Thanks so much Belinda.
It was a pleasure having Belinda as my real estate agent. Belinda is a professional, with a lovely friendly manner and a honest approach. Belinda prepared an indepth Comparative Market analysis on my property. Her extensive market knowledge and advise on property value and marketing strategy was solid and resulted in a sale within one month of listing. Even more impressive as the market had dropped right off. I would definitely recommend Belinda to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property. A five star agent.
We were kept well informed all the way through and treated with respect. Thanks
Hung in there and sold the property for a good sum in trying circumstances such as the flat market and road closures. The use of e-signature helped as venders were not present.
I have no hesitation in recommending Belinda and Kylie, from the outset they were extremely professional and very knowledgeable on the Whitianga market. They were always friendly and polite, obliging around open home times and kept us regularly updated. I really feel they couldn't have done a better job in finding the right buyer for our property, we are very happy to recommend them both.
Both Belinda and Kylie were easy to get along with, honest and up front. Their years of market knowledge and experience resulted in a great outcome in a very difficult sellers' market. Belinda and Kylie have become friends through the sale of our property and would be more than happy to use them again if selling or purchasing a property.
Belinda has an excellent communication and friendly. Would recommend her to anyone wanting a real estate agent.
Our experience in purchasing our Whitianga property progressed very smoothly and quickly just how we like it. Kylie was very competent in her knowledge of the property and professional in all her dealing with us. If I was selling a house in the Coromandel district I definitely would list my property with Kylie.
As an ex Real Estate agent, I recognised Kylies professionalism instantly. She had a real good handle on the market, great communication and feedback. Her advice was excellent, and we achieved a sale much more quickly than we thought we would. I highly recommend her to all, buyers and sellers will get great advice.
Kylie was so helpful in the sale of our property during a challenging Real estate sales period. A great positive and realistic approach assured us she was fully on board to get us a result in a timely manner. Our experience with Kylie was excellent across the board.
