Five Stars Isn't Enough!

Kate and Karl Feilding's effort, professionalism, and caring is better than anything I could have imagined. From the very first day when I talked to Kate regarding listing my property she was enthusiastic, totally onboard with the effort required, and did absolutely everything to enable me to end up with a sale price which reflected my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for Kate or Karl, they are without doubt, a marvelous team, totally open and honest with their ideas and options, in no way pushy or with expectations beyond what they honestly believe the property can sell for. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted open, honest and realistic communication. They are team players; communication is frequent and up to date, their knowledge of the area they are working in is excellent and professional.
