I found that Nithiya's communication,attention to detail whenever I asked for some clarity and calm disposition resulted in a great outcome for both of us in regards to having a successful agreement with our new homes vendors,in spite of this transaction having major complexities I will rate Nithiya very highly to anyone asking for an agent and company to sale or buy property in the future .
