MATT HOURIGAN

This letter is to thank Mat Hourigan for the very professional and friendly way he helped us with the decision to sell an Upper Hutt property. Matt explained and presented his proposal for this sale in a very easily understood way suggesting the tender option, which we went with, He explained the process, the marketing and advertising options, along with his personal presence with visitors including 3 “open homes” days. He contacted us on a regular basis to keep us updated with progress and a report on possible prospective buyers and comparisons of other property movements in the immediate area. He was very active in following up on prospective buyers. At the close of the tenders, we were happy to follow Matt’s recommendation, and this resulted in a successful sale of the property. Matt negotiated the deposit and settlement, slightly differently to the usual format, which helped us with an immediate financial requirement.
