MIKE LOVELL is definitely a TOP AGENT. He is VERY PROFESSIONAL in his manner, knowledge, friendliness, pointing out every detail that makes the customer feel at ease in a kind and caring way. He goes more than 100% when customers want extra knowledge, or extra videos as he did for me. Finding out measurements of retaining walls needed by my insurance company. Always answering phone calls as soon as possible with the information asked by the caller. Keeping the customer totally up with the play, and making time for my family to view the house, as they are not all in Wellington. You will find it really hard to get a better person selling your home than Mike Lovell. Its really is as simple as that. Diligently would sum up Mikes work etiquette. He will come through where others will struggle and does not like giving up. Mike will also give you factual and personal advice to his own detriment to present to you the best advice he possibly can. In other words Mike works for you, not himself. A rare trait in the dealings I've had with real estate agents.
