Mike put a lot of effort into preparing the promotion for the marketing of our three properties right on the waterfront. This included water skiing, and kayaking past the property while being filmed. There were some stunning shots from a drone. Managing the viewing because of the access was managed brilliantly. The price was disappointing but the market dictated that.
