About this property
Buyer's review
Straight Shooter!
We bought our new home via Matt, he made the process straightforward and relatively simple. Matt helped with good clear communication, and helpful advice where required. Matt is “one of the good ones” I would happily recommend his services to those looking to buy or sell.
Seller's review
House selling during difficult times
Matt Hourigan was recommended to us to sell our home, and he certainly did not disappoint. He and Ben Atwill were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The advertising material was superb, and they kept me in the loop each step of the way. They presented viable alternatives to modify the sales pitch as time went on, and explained the reasoning for doing this to me in detail. It was obvious that they both had a very good knowledge of the market and where our home fitted in that market. I was hoping for a higher price, but when all things were considered I think I was lucky that they were able to secure the offer that I accepted. I am certainly very pleased with the people who bought our home. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Matt and Ben to anyone who was thinking of selling their property.
