Excellent Agent, who works hard with his team to drive a successful sale

I met Ben, through a recommendation from my elders brothers agent in Christchurch. I live overseas, and needed help to sell my mothers rental property in Wellington, my entire interaction with Ben was remote, until the day of the auction. We communicated via email, video calls and many WA messages. I found Ben and his team to be throughly professional, they gave me clear insights of what was happening in the market, what would be the best time to drive maximum price and the best way to achieve this, which for us was through auction. Through Ben, we gained a very clear insight into what was happening with similar properties in our rental property location and what we could expect at a sales price. Thankfully on the day of the auction, because of the way in which they run their auctions and have a fantastic auctioneer, we got well above reserve price. Ben was patient with us, to explain the other options available to us and share his experience with us on the various pros and cons of the different actions. In terms of marketing our property, Ben & team did a great job of marketing our property to various segments, in Wellington, outside of Wellington and also potential international buyers - they have a very wide network that they can tap into to market your properties. I would highly recommend Ben and his team, they are sincere, honest, communicate well and don't push you to do anything your not clear on which I really appreciated. They did a great job for my family.
