The perfect blend of professionalism and friendship

The first thing that struck me about Matt was his willingness to go out of his way to get the answers. When interviewing agents he was the one that made us feel important and was so enthusiastic about our home. He fought hard to be competitive with fees and once we had engaged him we knew we'd made the right choice. He made the process easy for us and worked tirelessly. Nothing was too much trouble and he always had a smile and funny quip. Very organised and responded immediately when we reached out. During a down-turning market he was gentle and positive and took our feelings and characters into account when providing feedback.
