Exceptional experience listing and selling with John in an auction campaign. Great communication, John gave recommendations prior to listing and we carried out all of the recommendations from exterior painting, tree removal and presentation. Throughout this time John visted numerous times and checked in on the progress. Our marketing package included video and NZ Herald we were impressed with the outcome and number of people viewed.
