Outstanding market knowledge transparent communication professional but with a personal warmth

i would not hesitate to recommend Jodie Sterling to you i could say Sterling my name and sterling by performance but that would actually be an understatement Jodie has skills and experience that she willingly shares but she has a set of skills above this She listens she takes ideas on board - if she thinks they may be interesting but not what is needed she listens she looks at all options discusses but always listens and works along side My home had been on Market previously for 7 months with very few people attending the open homes i believe maybe half a dozen certainly no offers Jodie and her colleague came developed a plan i was not the easiest client to be won over given previous experience however the obvious expertise and track record gave me belief in her ability house went on Market on a friday and two offers received on the sunday and conditional offer on Monday house sold a couple of weeks later

Simply the best

The absolute customer focus of both Ant and Jodi, and the support that was available from the team and the company behind them. They gave me hope with their plain-talking and active listening, and a very clear plan on how they were going to market my home. Their professional but warm person-centred approach and the sincere empathy towards the previous unsuccessful, and costly 7 months with an independent agent. To their credit, at no time did they make any untoward comments, but they did fully explain how a large company, like Bayleys, has a huge pool of resources at their fingertips. The biggest thing that stands out - THEY WALK THEIR TALK!
