The property is situated 20km north-east of Waipukurau and 32km south-east of Hastings in the Patangata district.
Held in one title, the land area comprises 100.1707 hectares. The contour is best described as flat to easy rolling, with large cultivatable areas.
Currently, the property is under a lease agreement until 31 March 2027. Water is supplied via large dams, and the property is subdivided into eight paddocks with post and batten fencing.
Plenty of road frontage along Elsthorpe Road provides scope for access points or the development of stockyard facilities, while numerous potential building platforms offer flexibility for future use.
The surrounding Central Hawke’s Bay district offers a range of recreational opportunities, from fishing and exploring the nearby coastline to enjoying beach activities at the region’s coastal settlements. With Waipukurau and Hastings within reach, the property combines productive rural land with access to the amenities and outdoor attractions of the wider region.
This property offers an ideal add-on or starter farm.
