Great communication and support throughout the process
We had a really positive experience working with Vic throughout our buying and selling journey. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. She was always approachable, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions we had along the way. The process ended up being a fairly unique house swap situation, and Vic was really helpful in helping everything come together smoothly. While the initial idea came from the vendors, she helped guide the process, kept communication flowing between everyone involved. One of the biggest bonuses was that we didn’t even need to publicly list our home, as the buyers were already connected through the property we were purchasing. Vic was supportive throughout the entire process and always kept us updated, which made a huge difference during such a big life change. We appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help whenever we needed it, and we’d happily recommend her to others looking to buy or sell a home.

Big thanks to Vic for helping us through both the sale of our lifestyle block and purchase of our new home. The market has been really tough and the process took longer than we had hoped, but she was always friendly, responsive and helpful throughout. While things didn’t quite unfold the way we originally imagined, the universe clearly had different plans for us and it ultimately led us to a new home that we’re really excited about.
