We chose Jamie as we liked how he treated us as a buyer, keeping in touch without being pushy, and only suggesting houses that really might work for what we were looking for. He delivered superbly, being very clear with costs, giving great advice, and respectfully chasing the leads we had. He was always free to pick up the phone, give an update, and answer our questions as first-time sellers. You could tell he had his workload well balanced and hadn't spread himself too thin. It wasn't an easy sell in a tricky market, but when we did get an interested party, he managed to negotiate a great price. We were lucky that we found someone to love our old home like we did, but Jamie definitely had a big hand in making that luck happen.
