I*live in Australia and was in a very difficult situation -never sold a house before on behalf of someone. The communication between Steve and I was amazing. Steve listened to me and I to him, explained the procedures to me, helped me when I was confused. The knowledge Steve has was invaluable to me it made my task a lot easier to deal with. When I panicked he calmed me down. Very experienced , patient with the negotiations that were not easy for him. Steve is very professional in his career but also caring and understanding. His character is down to earth, witty , works very hard for you so you can achieve your goal. I could not be happier when I met him in New Zealand. I was very lucky he was recommended. I have learnt a lot from Steve. Steve knows the market very well & his advise was worth taking. I genuinely would recommend Steve to others and know I had made the right decision to do so.
