•Throughout my career of dealing with sales reps the best ones are those that listen to the client and respond with well considered answers/solutions and not slick sales talk. They respond in a timely professional manner with honesty and openness that builds trust. I don't expect them to always have the answers/solutions but I expect them to tap into those who can help provide them, taking a collaborate and not an its all about me approach.
