In a word: Genius

Our house was unique and hard to sell in a tough market. Likely buyers were scattered and specific. Few agents even responded to our call. Tina did and said, 'I know exactly how to sell this house'. And she did. For more than we hoped and faster than we expected. In between, she made it clear what she wanted us to do and not do, was open about what she was doing and what was required, and was imaginative, innovative, committed, and a lot of fun to work with. Her advice was solid and professional throughout, and her response to the few problems that arose was straightforward and effective. In a word Genius.
