Stressful Experience Made a Little Smoother by Stephen

We had a long standing relationship with Stephen whereby he kept us in touch with the Upper Hutt market as we were living overseas then back in New Zealand but not in Upper Hutt. This was very helpful over the years Our property was a complex sale and although there were a couple of issues with less communication than we'd have liked, this was resolved and things improved considerably. Our property is a multi unit investment so it was never going to be easy but Stephen displayed a good knowledge of the market and always made himself available when we wanted to meet up. He was always professional even when things got difficult. We appreciate his assistance in getting the sale over the line in a difficult market.
