Communication & Complicated Situation - *Superstar*

Emma was recommended to us by a former client of hers. I found her extremely good at keeping us well informed and up to date with what was happening with our property and very proactive at trying to find a purchaser for our property rather than just waiting for them to approach her. I have worked in various admin roles in Real Estate for the past 20 yrs and although I was initially going to go with one of those companies I had worked for, I was easily persuaded to give Emma a chance after meeting her and hearing what she could offer us to market our property alongside her professional but down to earth manner in which dealt with us.
