Character and charm

Character and charm - this 1950s weatherboard bungalow has it in spades. A classic example of quality building from the 1950s era, this home has the potential to be somewhere extra special to live. While currently in a very tidy condition, the combination of high stud ceilings, original timber flooring, staircase, and large open plan living spaces could be the perfect project for design enthusiasts appreciative of clean lines and the warm, inviting ambience of this property. Who could resist renovating the existing kitchen to take advantage of the North facing deck drenched in sun and with a view of the inner harbour? It's a fabulous area to relax and unwind or to entertain family and friends. With two very large bedrooms downstairs, a spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath, and a bedroom upstairs with stunning harbour views absolutely deserving of a master suite, there is plenty of room for a family, those looking to downsize or those making a start on the property ladder. Ample off street parking, established gardens and a compact site combine to make this a very compelling proposition for discerning buyers. And the location'. A tree lined street leading to a cul de sac on the waters' edge of the inner harbour in the highly sought after Central Avenues: stroll out the gate and launch your kayak - the water is mere metres away! A family friendly neighborhood close to local amenities, public transport, excellent schooling of all levels and with easy access to the CBD or across to Mt Maunganui - this home ticks all the boxes. Properties of this calibre, in this location are in high demand .

Excellent experience with Carmen and would use her as an Agent in the future

As a first time/home buyer Carmen made the whole process easy and explained every question I had. She was extremely knowledgeable with the current market and specifically the property I purchased. Her communication with me was excellent and she was very accomodating and flexible when I wanted to view the property outside of designated days and times. She had great ideas when talking about the potential of the property.

Trustworthy, down to earth and professional

Carmen Dickison and Jenny Fowler sold our house at 5 Fourteenth Avenue on 28.04.2021. We have purchased and sold a number of properties over our time and have never been as impressed with agents before. Both Carmen and Jenny were truly trustworthy, down to earth and professional. They never pressured us in any way and were a wealth of up to date information. They worked incredibly hard on selling our property so their payment felt completely deserved. We highly recommend them as a team and will certainly be using their services in the future.
