I was looking to buy a home in Athenree and first met Samantha Lane when I visited a couple of her open homes. I was really impressed with her - friendly yet still professional, great local market knowledge and an excellent communicator. I found the thought of purchasing a property quite daunting and decided that I wanted Samantha to be my agent even if the property I chose to purchase wasn't one of her listings. As it turned out, the property I ended up purchasing was listed with another real estate company and I'm so glad I asked Samantha to guide me through the process and negotiate matters on my behalf.
