We engaged Phil Mangos to sell our property as he came highly recommended, so were initially surprised when he turned up with a curly-haired ball of energy, his wife and business partner, the lovely Robin. They, with their fantastic backup staff, proved the perfect team, Phil focusing on the practicalities, Robin injecting enthusiasm and always representing our lifestyle property in the best light. Not only was the marketing excellent, but we felt they went the extra mile, even helping out with a tidy-up landscaping job. Acknowledging we were selling in a difficult market, Phil and Robin never gave up; buoying us when it seemed tough, sensible and steady...and eventually achieving the result we were all working towards. It may have taken a little longer than we would have liked but we never doubted their commitment to the goal. We are so grateful for all their hard work and their professional guidance.
