Mel was a pleasure to work with while helping us find our first forever home. We met Mel at our first house viewing and from there we connected. We weren’t sure what to expect from the process, but she made everything feel easy and stress-free. She responded promptly to every question we had and was always happy to help. During the private house viewing, she helped us see the home’s potential and encouraged us to imagine how we could make it our own. Her guidance and enthusiasm gave us the confidence to picture ourselves living there, and we’re so grateful for all of her support throughout the journey.
