Happy Customers!

We recently enjoyed a very successful auction campaign with Gregers at the helm. Throughout the whole process he was always very accessible and very knowledgeable as well as professional. He carefully talked us through the various packages and we chose to go to auction after a five week marketing period. We received very detailed weekly marketing reports along with local sales data leading up to the auction. On the morning of the auction we were very excited with two bidders having registered their interest. Unfortunately, that quickly turned to disappointment with one bidder dropping out of the auction very early in the piece and the other, well short of the reserve. However, after some intense negotiating well directed by Gregers and his associate Mark, we were able to reach a successful conclusion for both parties.
