Carmen was efficient and answered all of our questions in a timely way and even allowed us extra time to look through the property in a relaxed way. She was very helpful in negotiations holding both parties needs equally and fairly in all of her communications. In the end she even negotiated fees to help us get the property, which we are very thankful for. We also enjoyed our dealings with Cheryl who worked alongside Carmen on this property and was there when Carmen couldn’t be.
