A successful outcome as a result of good communication and hard work.

The Chesham Ave property was architect designed and displayed strong street appeal. Open homes were well attended. Good feedback was provided after each open home. Regular meetings were held with Grant to assess sale progress. We never felt pressured into reviewing our sale price and were provided with good information on the Taupo market. We were quite comfortable with the outcome and would happily recommend the Bayleys to any prospective vendor.
