A stress free experience

We listed our holiday home with Bayleys on a Thursday, and after two open homes the following weekend with 21 groups through, it was sold on the Monday. We achieved a price above RV in a market where similar homes were selling below RV. What’s not to like about the expertise of Alisa and Alison in bringing the sale to a conclusion so quickly and successfully? We liked the mother/daughter vibe, and communication throughout our short journey was excellent and frequent. We hadn’t sold a house for twenty plus years, but we were guided through the sale process with great patience despite all our questions. The team at Bayleys are very experienced and work in with each other very well. We had several of the team dealing with our sale, but their in-house communication was top notch and we never felt we were in the dark or forgotten about. If we had another house to sell, we would definitely use Bayleys again.
