Rachel was a real gem. She achieved what we thought was going to be an extremely difficult challenge in selling our house in a somewhat slow market – but she did it with utmost professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm. She was always there for us, giving us confidence that there will be a buyer out there somewhere. And when that buyer did surface, Rachel never let him go. And this is where Rachel is so good at her job. She was constantly in touch with our buyer despite the fact that he had returned to Australia. Within 5 days of the buyer’s first viewing of our house she was able to knock on our door with a Sale and Purchase Agreement in her hand – such an amazing achievement and one which we were blown away with.
