Professional, communicative, and transparent throughout

Neale and Rachel were both really helpful and communicative throughout the process. They were always available and responsive, and they presented themselves professionally with a clear understanding of the market. One thing we particularly appreciated was how they kept us updated after every house viewing — they would call us right away and then follow up with a detailed email covering what happened during the viewing and what to expect next. That level of communication gave us confidence throughout the process. We did end up selling below our initial expectation, but that was largely due to the current market situation rather than any shortcoming on their part. During the negotiation phase, it became apparent that they know their job well and know how to handle negotiations effectively. Overall, we appreciated their support and professionalism.
