Overall a good service

Tina is professional and has excellent communication skills-keeping us updated regularly regarding the marketing of our home. We feel Tina’s excellent contacts within the industry helped to bring the right buyer to our auction, and her skills contributed strongly to the success on the day. We have only one somewhat negative aspect of the whole experience: in Tina’s initial appraisal of our house she over estimated the sale price by at least $500,000. This may be partly due to the dynamics of the Auckland market but surely experienced realtors can build that factor in when advising vendors of what price to expect. We feel we would rather have been given a more conservative estimate of value, which would have avoided a high expectation and any disappointment in the outcome.
