He was easy to communicate with, either face to face, or simply by text messaging. He also has a sense of humor which I appreciate. He was always willing to go that extra mile if I needed help; such as when I had no hot water and he tried to sort it. He was a real professional and at no time did he hassle me . After a viewing by a prospective buyer he would always text to let me know that I could come home. I would highly recommend him. He did an excellent job. He marketed the property for just three weeks and the weekend open homes were well supported by prospective clients and there were also several second visits. The property was actually sold before the planned auction and then on the day there were several other bidders. I was very happy with the final price. Neil was very professional, in his relationship with me and he kept myself and the other two trustees informed as to the progress of the sales campaign. Each week he emailed us a very comprehensive report. The whole process of marketing and selling was very easy for me. I would go as far to say that Neil is by far the most successful and pleasant real estate I have ever worked with.
