Derek holds an incredible amount of knowledge and experience when it comes to real estate - particularly the rural sector. His local knowledge, not only of the area but also the people, is huge. Throughout the whole process, I knew I could trust Derek to answer any question I had - believe me there were a few! Derek coordinated the sale of our property as well as the purchase of our new property. This was done with ease, humour, great communication and always with our best interest at the forefront. As always, we want quick sales of our properties to move onto our new adventures. Ours took longer than we ideally wanted, but Derek was always there to motivate us and to keep our vision in focus.
