Professional, Thorough and Understanding.

This was our second dealing with Haley and again we could not fault her. Haley is straight up which we appreciate and the whole process is completed with ease as she guides you through each stage. What can be a drawn out and complicated process felt simple. Haley comes across as very professional but is also very good at understanding each party's circumstances and supporting them through their journey to work towards their goal. Options at each step were explained and she would give guidance but no pressure. Communication was exceptional, any day of the week. We would instantly receive details of interest/open home numbers and feedback/purchaser progress etc. We could reach Haley anytime and she was always prompt with her replies. There was also the regular email from Bayleys with every interaction in relation to the property included, which was excellent to refer back on. You could see the work that was being done to follow up every possible sign of interest they received. You never felt like a number, Haley was on your journey with you. Would highly recommend, a great lady that went above and beyond.
