Jerry has guided us through this whole process with a caring and professional manner from the first meeting to the sale by auction. She was very easy to relate to and we felt comfortable with her and valued her expertise. Jerry kept us well informed every step of the way and we fully trusted her advice especially regarding her knowledge of the market. Her weekly reports were comprehensive and very much appreciated as we do not live in Whangamata and the distance could have made us feel more isolated from the sale. Jerry also sent regular communications through email and texts so we certainly felt very well looked after. She was always conscious of how we were feeling and was there to reassure us and take away all the concerns that come with selling a house. We were unsure about the auction process as we were not familiar with it but with Jerry's knowledge and positive assurance we were keen to follow that path.
