The best of the best - IMHO

Karen has been a real estate agent in the area for many years and has an excellent understanding of the market. Over the past few years I have bought and sold two properties with Karen as the agent. I think in the world of real state there are many agents who will tell you what they think you want to hear to secure your listing, but Karen is different. Her honest approach and genuine care for her clients sets her apart from the rest. Don't be sold on an agent who tells you you will get way more than your property is actually worth to secure your listing, only to have them starting to "manage" your expectations down after the first open home. Give Karen at try and have someone who works hard to get the best price for your property from the start. Karen is one out of the box who works hard for you the seller to secure you the best price the market will pay. I've gone back to her having bought a house through her to have her sell for me twice because she is...basically very good at her job and a pleasure to work with.
