The Wei Wei and Jed team displayed Exceptional Service and Knowledge

Right from the first phone call and subsequent first meeting, Wei Wei came across as someone we could count on to do the best job in selling our home where our kids grew up in. I knew I could relax and let her do her job along with her team member Jed. She stood out! I had seen a number of agents over the past few years. This was the first time I felt a “yes” within myself. As someone who has been in the industry myself, my expectations were high. What stood out was this was an agent who was by my side the entire way through, nothing was too much, the overall feeling was Wei Wei both cared about us and really did know her job in all its variable aspects. I also knew I could call on her at any time. However I really didn’t need to, as her follow up after viewings or open homes was both professsional and detailed, and we always were kept informed. She also was able to take us through some difficult moments with knowledge and care. She went over and beyond the normal requirements of doing open homes and viewings, exceeding our expectations. She has an incredible work ethic and has an attention to detail that left me feeling reassured and that we were in the right hands. Her follow up with buyers was specific and detailed, there were no vague answers. And at times when my own stress had me wobble, she was right there! I was impressed about her knowledge of various possible buyer scenarios and negotiations. Her experience is truly vast and being bilingual a real asset. I highly recommend Wei Wei and Jed and their PA Jenny. A phenomenal team. You simply cant get any better!
