A hard house to sell but with the right professional advise & guidance we got the result

great knowledge of legal & council issues surrounding the sale, stayed in communication with us the whole way, sorted issues promptly - used a second photographer when we were not happy with the first, lost the first buyer thru no fault of of ourselves or the team & the sales man picked us up & moved on.
