Great sales experience = a great selling experience!

The sale of this property was the first of two sales of our long held Pukekohe Hill School area rental properties. Mike's excellent communication and clear understanding and experience in the local market helped us first to make the decision to sell our property and then to guide us through a very smooth and rapid sales process. The rental property was sound and in a great location - but tired and we were very happy that Mike managed to secure a quick sale at better than expected price without us doing any renovation work or even taking the property formally to the market! Always easy to contact with quick and professional responses to any interaction, nothing is too much trouble for Mike. Although we didn't need to market our property we were very confident that he would have helped us to present our property to its best advantage if we had needed to go down that route. It was clear that Mike has excellent contacts in the property and building industry that he would have made available to us which would have been extremely helpful as remote vendors.
