Excellent listener, communicator and very understanding

We honestly don't know how to thank Jo enough for everything she’s done for Helene and I throughout this whole journey. Jo has given us so much of her time, patience and support, and she was always been there when we needed her, even when we’re sure we tested her patience at times! She listened to what we wanted, understood what was important to us, and kept helping us until we finally found the home that feels just right. Having her beside us through all the ups and downs has meant more than she probably realise. We're so incredibly grateful for to her. Thank you for putting so much of yourself into helping us find our perfect home. We genuinely couldn't have wished for anyone better to have shared this journey with us.
