Selling and moving on with Erin.

Erin gave us everything we asked for. She explained all details precisely and explained how the market was moving and what we should look out for. She managed all the open homes and detailed all group's that visited. We had regular meetings and updates throughout the process. When we finally did sell we achieved a price very close to our number which again was all due to Erin
