Our first contact with Bayleys Real Estate was with Erin Skelton of the Pukekohe branch. Erin requested Phil Axtens of the Papakura branch to attend with her to meet with us and appraise our property. We immediately felt we were in capable hands and knew they would be the best team for us to list with. Erin and Phil are both strong communicators and have kept in close contact with us, giving regular updates throughout the marketing and selling process.
