Professional and sale determined

Ian had been recommended by one of his clients in the Mangatangi community. We had 3 agents pitch to us and Ian was positive, organized and had a lot of info at his fingertips. Clearly he knew rural real estate. Everyone knew ours was a niche property and we were naive on our sale price, as shown by the final price achieved very much in Ian's estimation from the start. Special mention to his team. The photographs and video I think are very superior. The photographer was also open to a couple of our ideas for some angles as we know the property. Ian's support staff were professional prompt and really friendly and organized. As noted ours was a niche property interest was not strong, Ian was always positive talked us through the issues and he did get an early offer which we did not run with which certainly in hindsight ...?? Ian did not blink came up with a plan after 12 months on the market. We trusted him,more photos new ideas and the rest is history. The negotiation process was made as simple as possible by Ian but believe me the final stages are not straight forward and it's all about the $$. Ian made quite a difference in this stage of the process. Communication was always prompt. In summary a long and difficult campaign was made much less stressful by Ian especially and supported by a great team.
